The best healthcare starts with the right diagnosis – the World Patient Safety Day campaign, by the World Health Organization (WHO), aims to raise your awareness of its importance.

This year’s theme: “Improving diagnosis for patient safety,” highlights how effective communication and collaboration of patients, healthcare providers, and policymakers make all the difference in a patient’s life—starting with the correct, timely diagnosis.

Life sciences educators have a major role to play in this effort by supporting both HCPs and patients with educational materials and training, especially within the primary care space. See the graphic for more details.
